The vast majority of our clients have been charged with DWI. We are proud of the reputation that we have earned throughout New York State in this area of the law. We practice in County, City, Town and Village courts -- and practice at both the trial and appellate levels. We are also experienced in personal injury, matrimonial and family law matters.

Each of us has worked hard to establish and maintain an excellent professional reputation among clients, other attorneys and members of the judiciary. We are supported by a professional and experienced office staff. We continually enhance our own legal scholarship by attending and participating in criminal law forums, seminars and conferences. James C. Davis is an associate in the law firm of Gerstenzang, O'Hern, Hickey, Sills & Gerstenzang. He is a 2002 graduate of Albany Law School. Previously, Mr. Davis served as a Major in the United States Marine Corps. He is a member of the National College for DUI Defense and his practice focuses on Criminal Defense with an emphasis on DWI cases.
