Scott L. Fenstermaker has offices in New York City and White Plains specializing in criminal litigation in both state and federal courts. A graduate of Harvard Law School, Mr. Fenstermaker is an experienced Trial Lawyer in both the state and federal courts of New York. He handles pre- and post-arrest matters involving drugs, DWI, DUI, murder, rape, tax evasion, money laundering, and bank-, wire-, and mail-fraud. Holding an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, he is particularly experienced in both criminal and civil litigation of tax controversies before the federal, state and local governments.

Mr. Fenstermaker is a member of the pool of Qualified Civilian Defense Counsel, the civilian attorneys authorized to represent prisoners before the military commissions at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. He is also experienced in the rules, practices and procedures of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, or UCMJ, the criminal law that applies to active duty and reserve military personnel.

Mr. Fenstermaker currently represents clients in both state and federal court in New York, as well as subjects of federal and state investigations. Having served as a prosecutor and assistant district attorney with the Manhattan District Attorney's office, he is experienced on both sides of the criminal litigation bar.
