I represent defendants in criminal cases zealously. I believe that standing up for the rights of the accused is an important aspect of our system of justice. I attempt to get my criminal defense clients out of jail on bail and negotiate the best possible disposition to their cases. I am an experienced litigator who has tried hundreds of cases in courts throughout the state of New York, including high profile cases that have been featured in books such as Deadly Masquerade and Marrying the Hangman.

I am willing to enter into litigation to settle real estate matters as well as handle routine New York real estate transactions. In real estate as in other areas of our practice, my office staff and I are well experienced and handle each matter as if it were our own.
