Our founding attorneys, Michael Marinaccio and James Culleton are former prosecutors for the Bronx County District Attorney's office. This work—as Chief of the Narcotics Bureau and Chief of the Rackets Bureau, respectively—gave us invaluable exposure to the criminal justice system and the confidence to start our firm in 1985. We were lucky enough to have the guidance of the late Mario Merola, a nationally respected district attorney.
