Robert E. Molloy graduated from LeMoyne College in 1989 and from Albany Law School in 1992. He was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in January 1993. He was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York in May 1993.

Mr. Molloy founded his firm in Troy, New York in 1993 and has practiced throughout the State of New York since that date. He was formerly employed as First Deputy Corporation Counsel for the City of Troy, New York. Mr. Molloy is a member of the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Rensselaer County Bar Association.

Mr. Molloy is an experienced trial attorney who has obtained numerous acquittals representing clients who had been charged with serious felonies and misdemeanors. He has also obtained significant settlements representing injured clients.
