Robert J. Helbock Jr. founded the Staten Island, New York, firm in 1999, continuing the tradition of representing injured workers begun by his father, Robert J. Helbock Sr., who was a workers' compensation claimants' representative licensed by the New York State Workers' Compensation Board.

Robert (Bob) J. Helbock Jr., a partner in the Staten Island, New York, law firm Helbock, Nappa & Gallucci, LLP, continues the tradition of proudly representing injured workers, begun by his father, Robert J. Helbock Sr., who was a licensed workers' compensation claimants' representative. Bob Helbock, who was born in Staten Island, New York, earned his law degree from St. John's University School of Law in 1987. He was admitted the same year to the New York bar. He was admitted to the bar in New Jersey in 1988. He was counsel to New York Senator John J. Marchi from 1989 through Senator Marchi's retirement in 2006. He simultaneously served for four years as counsel to the New York State Senate Committee on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions. Bob was also Chairman of the Richmond County Republican Party from 2002 through 2006. He is a director of the New York Workers' Compensation Bar Association. He practices in the areas of workers' compensation, Social Security Disability, Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, and real estate.
